Human Resources tuns into an innovative and dynamic area so I would include into my academic training a continuous of little courses focused on keepimg myself up in the field.I have enjoyed recruitment and selecction process since I started my career but it was only two years ago when I discovered my passion for IT field. Digital transformation is trending topic and probably one of our biggest challenges in HR. We are trying to find out how adapt KPI´s, mesurements and process management to the new data collection we dispose from new technologies, nevertheless, we should never forget the importance of people.Currently, I am trying to broaden my knowledge by HR Project´s design within People Management department of Grupo ASV. We grow through people, we are committed to our values and transversal competences. We always seek to improve, adapt our processes and develop ourselves taking advantage of our talent.
