My professional experience with Kodak enabled me to acquire the following Credit Management skills:* A high degree of sensitivity in managing any disputes assigned to outside law firms, through continuous monitoring of the assigned positions and control of recovery costs.* Direct relations with credit institutions and financial leasing firms, with whom I have defined vendor agreements for the sale of equipment, software and consumables (bundles).* Management of employees and co-workers, with skills in coaching, work organization and operating procedures, which include performance control and monitoring systems.* Excellent knowledge of SAP, of its functionalities and report generation, acquired during implementation of the system and its subsequent releases.* Business process outsourcing (BPO), in five years of experience with IBM, with frequent trips to their center in Krakow (Poland).and to achieve pre-defined objectives and in many cases to exceed them:* Constantly keeping maturity percentages around the minimum values for the sector involved (5% for the Graphic sector, 2% for the Consumer sector, 20% for the Medical sector).* Negotiations and settlements, almost always with my direct and personal involvement, in credit collections with all types of customers operating in Italy and also, for the more important cases, in certain European countries such as Spain, Portugal, Hungary and Turkey.* Factoring operations (total turnover of more than 200 M euro), with both public and private customers, structured with assignments without recourse but with management by the assignor. Thanks to these operations, and careful management, the DSO of the Medical division went from 400 to 250 days.
