About Roberto Clemente

I’m a flexible management consultant focused on reaching and overcoming customer expectations, with experience within big and complex Corporate environments. I graduated in Economics at the University of Rome and since 2002 I have been working for consulting firms focused on delivering improvements in people, processes, and technology. During my work experience I have managed Business & Digital Transformation large-scale projects for private multinational firms and public government administrations.I have gained significant Project Management experience. supporting project-level activity to ensure the goals are met, providing a higher-level decision-making capacity and coordinating expert teams including internal staff and external experts. Deep knowledge of different PM methods (i.e. Prince2, Scrum, Agile PM, PM2).I am an official accredited trainer on Prince2 Methodology from PeopleCert.Currently I act as the Head of the Proposal Management Team at Intellera Consulting with responsibilities of coordinating, developing and managing technical proposals with a special focus on Public Sector strategic Framework contracts.
