Support Line Manger in monitoring AZ Italy Financial Performance through the following key activities on a monthly basis• Alignment and reconciliation among local and central systems, • Reporting and analysis of Sales KPI (i.e. Price and volume analysis),• Preparation and distribution of the reporting pack to Senior Management Team,• Headoffice and traveling costs analysis and monitoring (i.e Actual vs Budget),• “Day by Day” support to Budget owners for headoffice costs,Support Line Manger during planning processes through the following key activities• Set up of local and central systems properly and timely,• Set up of the major KPIs, analysis and presentation to Senior Management Team to validate and review forecast before submission and discussion with Region,• Be a Finance Partner during Headoffice costs forecasting ,• Support Line Manager during travelling cost forecasting,Be part of process simplification & improvement• Sales activities monthly closure (i.e. outsourced services transition project, automation),• Standard and Centralized Reporting system - local implementation,• Cost Centre reduction project.

Internship in Quality Assurance Dept.Main responsabilities: Cargo activities analysis and tracking to guarantee the alignment to ENAC standards ( “La Qualità dei servizi nel trasporto aereo – Le Carte dei Servizi Standard – Metodologia”).
