Responsible for the acquisition of land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of gas distribution lines. Prepare easement documents, legal descriptions, easement exhibits. Negotiate with private landowners, agents or representatives for the acquisition of various land rights for construction, operation and maintenance of existing and new facilities, including but not limited to, easements, temporary workspace agreements.

Right of Way Relocation and Land Agent.Responsible in coordinating the delivery of right of way services for the Nevada Department of Transportation’s Neon Project.Coordinate consulting services and serve as a liaison between the consulting firm, displacees, and municipalities, governmental and public agencies.Deliver right of way services as per applicable federal, state, tribal and local governmental laws and regulations including the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, as amended (URA) and the Federal Highway Administration.Monitor all facets of daily operations which include client cultivation, marketing, risk management, staff management and recruitment, cost and budget management and contract negotiations. Consultant - Managed several land projects in the Inland Empire for the City of Riverside, San Bernardino County, SANBAG, City of Hemet, City of Fontana, Riverside County Economic Development Agency, and the San Bernardino Housing Authority. Projects included the 100 Palms Mobile Home Park, 14th Street Widening (Caltrans oversight), Van Buren Street and Indiana Street projects and the I-10 Cypress Overpass (Caltrans oversight). Also provided tenant relocation assistance services for the City of Los Angeles (First Street Bridge Project), MTA - Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Exposition Light Rail, and acquisition services for the Los Angeles County Sanitation District in Lancaster as well as rights of entry for commercial parcels for the I-710 Corridor Expansion Project.

Consultant - Implemented Relocation Plans to deliver sites for two new Los Angeles Unified School District's projects. Handled both residential and non-residential cases. Directed and supervised field relocation agents. Served as a liaison to the District’s Development Team members, including Acquisition, Escrow, Relocation, and Property Management staff. Provided timely and accurate status reports. Collaborated with District’s staff to resolve complex relocation issues. Performed Community Outreach functions.
