I am an ACC-ICF certified trainer and coachFor years I worked in the professional sports world, more precisely from 2011 to 2018.In the last 3 seasons I have been part of the technical staff of the National Junior Men’s Volleyball Team and Club Italia, playing the role of coach and scoutman.Today I deal with training, coaching and advice on soft skills, especially those related to LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TEAM WORKING and COMMUNICATION combining all the approaches experienced and tested during the sports career. My role, when I arrive in the company, (PMI or corporate) is to analyze the context and provide all the necessary tools so that the entire company or the teams that compose it can work in sync, increasing their performance.I love sharing, so I decided to create a podcast that talks about leadership and team working.
