The team executes directly the easy projects, and lead the complex ones as project managers and system integrators.My activities:▪️ Lead a team of 10 people (4 engineers in Italy, 6 in Poland);▪️ As Program manager: ▪️ ▪️ Create a business case for each project;▪️ ▪️ Assign internal or cross-functional resources to the projects;▪️ ▪️ Track weekly the projects with the project managers;▪️ ▪️ Analyze, reconcile with Financial, plot and present the results to directors; ▪️ ▪️ Define the yearly budget for expenditures, capex and headcounts.▪️ As Project Manager: lead directly urgent or critical projects.

In F1 I have learnt basically 2 things: ▪️ Common targets are necessary to create a real team, ▪️ The speed arises from training and proactive mind. I have also had the opportunity to get and apply Lean principles to the Design Office. Main activities:▪️ Manage all the BOMs and assure more than 60 designers feed and updates correctly them;▪️ Final sign-off all the drawings before giving the green light to buy or make them;▪️ Establish procedures to simplify and standardize designers' activities in keeping with the Lean methodology;▪️ CAD/PLM improvement: development of the tools to simplify and speedup designers' jobs;▪️ Coordinate 2 external consultants and the budget for CAD/PLM improvement▪️ Reconcile Car and Toolings costs with the financial department;▪️ Liaise with others departments (R&D, purchase, operation, project management) to solve matters regarding drawings or BOM.
