Focused on Data Integration and Business Intelligence products (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Discoverer, Warehouse Builder, Data Integrator) and their integrations.• In 2007 I lead a project driving Data Integration (SUNOPSIS) Dev/Sup teams recently acquired by Oracle to Oracle standard process for bug filing, prioritization, escalation and backport process.• In 2009 I have played a key role in former Siebel support integration project driving them to Oracle standard process for bug filing, prioritization, escalation and backport.• Since 2010 Support Virtual Lab Administrator and Image Maintainer (VMWare technology) • Since 2010 Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Support Global Leader.• In 2011 I have worked on internal project delivering KPI and reporting to Support Management about Support metrics and statistics.
