I developed a rather unusual career path between large multinationals and companies I created, and this gives me a unique combination of skills that are well-suited to leading diverse teams through change and innovation, with the ability to see the big picture and work out the details.Until recently I ensured digital technologies provide the most sustainable competitive advantage to several lines of business of Enel X here in the USA. I worked on battery storage solutions that use the power of renewables to provide our Commercial and Industrial customers the efficiency and resiliency they need. Secondly, I supported our EV charging business ensuring end to end optimization of our customer experience, from the application to the logistics required for the chargers. Finally, I ensured all teams at Enel X NA had what they needed to exploit digital in the best possible manner. Starting 21 October I move to the Operation, Maintenance and Improvement of our renewables.Before Enel, I was President and CEO at Aizoon US (eyes-on-us), a company focused on warehouse control systems for large distribution, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical companies. To this day Aizoon's mission is to ensure top performance and reliability for several of the largest distribution centers in the country. Proud to see the team kept up the good work after I left, with excellent profitability so far. Prior to that I worked as Chief Information Officer at Comau, Snr. Manager at Ernst & Young, and Kaizen Engineer and Quality Manager at Pirelli. I am intensely curious and strive to create an environment where people feel realized and happy about their time at work. My contribution focuses on systemic (system dynamics expertise) view of context, problem definition and delegate to the right team members, ensuring everyone always maintains the correct life-work balance.
