The Project Quality Manager is involved in Offer Creation Projects as regards medium voltage equipments. His role is key to guarantee the quality of the products as expected by the customer. He is the right hand side of the project manager and supports him in risk management. He works closely with the other functions involved with the project (technical, marketing, industrialization, …) and manages the quality function. He defined and manages the project quality plan which ensures that the offer is built to meet customer satisfaction. The project quality leader guarantees an efficient implementation of the process in accordance with the project scope and in the respect of customer objectives.Principales responsabilités : •Participer au développement de nouvelles offres, de l’analyse de la voix du client à la commercialisation de l’offre. Il devra être le promoteur de la qualité, être challengeant et user de son droit de veto si besoin ; •Garantir que la voix du client est collectée et priorisée ; •Rassembler les données qualité terrain des offres similaires (Quality Field Experience) en s’appuyant sur les Offer Quality Leader, le support technique, le service « expertise », … •Piloter les risques du projet et animer l’application des méthodes et outils de la qualité : AMDEC, arbres de défaillance, 8D pour analyser et diminuer les risques ; •Garantir à chaque étape du projet la complétude des fournitures attendues pour assurer la qualité, la fiabilité et les aspects safety de nos offres avant le lancement ;

This role consist in supporting and driving the plants on Customer Satisfaction & Quality issues, Product Quality improving action plans, Process Robustness and Quality improving plans. Creating links and mobilizing different competencies experts inside Schneider functions, Business Units and Product department to support plant in continuous improvement plans, competency increase and methods deployment.
