Since my early years in a small village in Mexico, my parents open my eyes to the World thru books and travel magazines, that helped to develop my understanding and increase my curiosity about cultures, diversity and different styles of living.Those experiences developed into a passion for travel, immersion into different cultures and adapting to environments. This passion also made me aware of how a person can connect to others and provide a positive impact on personal and/or professional life.As a professional, I had the opportunity to manage and collaborate with people from more than 25 countries. I feel proud to be part of the team that worked on a mathematical correlation on the repair process to accurately predict the Net Promoter Score from the customer.
