• Own the Operations Engineering Program to support Amazon’s expansion in Brazil. Scope of work includes the deployment of storage (pick mods, racking, shelving) and material handling technologies (conveyors, sorters, autoSLAMs, ancillary equipment) to attend business needs in several regions across Brazil; in partnership with stakeholders from Construction, Design, Start Up and Launch Teams.• Managed the deployment of all Ops Engineering scopes across the Amazon Brazil Network after the launch of GRU5 fulfillment center (FC) in 2019.  Successfully translated shareholders’ project concept into reality by leading the construction of a retail store in Mexico City that would focus on a specific market niche: outdoor gear. Implemented ERP system to control inventory, sales and staffing during the project’s initial phase.

• Designed, funded and executed engineering projects for P&G’s largest detergent facilities in Latin America. These projects ranged from installation of process safety modules to current systems, modifications and installation of new units to increase process reliability to installation of new packing units and changes in utilities systems.• Managed schedule, cost and scope of engineering projects of up to 8MM USD in capital investment.• Applied and provided feedback to P&G’s current system designs turning findings into new global standards.• Directed the execution of construction projects ranging from procurement and staffing to coordination with other site functions such as planning, quality, HS&E and warehousing.• Successfully developed, proposed and executed solutions for emergent issues in site’s Dust Control systems addressing a potential compliance issue.
