Drive, Manage and coop with Channel partners in Europe to develop the market, increas the Design activity and enlarge the Lattice Semiconductor Customer base. Drive the Sales activities in the Western European are working with local Key and Major Accounts in a hi-tech competitive landscape. Main responsibilities includes: reporting into the Company Management chain; Manage Direct and Indirect Sales Team to achieve the Company goals; set up, drive and execute Sales Plans to increase Revenue and Design success rate; develop business relationships with EMEA Distribution headquartes and locally in all the regions; Monitor the market and propose new solutions to the emerging applications; propose and define technical partnership with European based consultants and IP providers; competitive landscape monitoring. In addition, the Management of the local operations including the local budget definition and control is still part of my duties.More than 20 years experience in the Programmable Logic Industry initially focused in Italy than expanded to Southern Europe including Israel, and from January 2013 to all of Europe.Additional previous experience in the Semiconductor market within multinational Operations.
