The LBJ project (www.lbjtexpress.com) is a 13.3 miles highway along IH-635 in Dallas (Texas). With an initial investment of $2.8 billion, the existing highway lanes were rebuilt and upgraded, and frontage roads and tolled Managed Lanes (TEXPress Lanes) were added. This is one of the most important Managed Lanes project (e.g. dynamic pricing scheme tolled lanes) across the US due to its size, complexity, stringent operational standards and cutting edge technology for tolling and asset management systems.The LBJ organization has more than 130 employees, with about 70 reporting directly or indirectly to the COO who is ultimately responsible for all project operations, in close coordination with other directors (Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, HR, PR, etc).
