My responsibilities for the Building Efficiency Engineering department include:- Providing monthly financial results and analysis to senior management- Preparing, analyzing and reviewing quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans - Support project managers on business cases and monitoring of project spend- Financial support on engineering projects- Continuous support in product development processAdditionally leading a project for continuous improvement to have all engineering projects managed through Oracle Project Accounting module. This includes project management, development & deployment of new project tools and processes across all regions involved.

Responsible for various EMEA countries’ finance transformation and transitions to provide local business with efficient and supportive functions from the centralized SSC. Cooperation with global and regional process owners to design and implement efficient, standardized processes. Ongoing change management. Providing training to all business stakeholders including central functions to support standardization and alignment. Responsible to manage people and projects to insure project deliverables are met. Responsible for the BE SSC EMEA Accounts-Payable Department for 14 countries & 26 legal entities which covers the below process teams:- Invoice Scanning & Archiving- Invoice Cost Processing- Vendor Queries- Cash & Banks- Reporting & Quality.The role consists of managing a qualified team to meet all the business objectives and to insure business policy and audit compliance across the end to end process. Insuring implementation of P2P policies and process stabilization, and transitioning new entities into the SSC. Reporting back to senior management and country business stakeholders on financial requirements, progress and achievements. Insuring SOX and audit compliance.

Successful transition of Eastern European & Scandinavian legal entity's Accounts Payable departments to the Shared Service Center.This involves transitioning the entity’s Accounts Payable Department within a given deadline, implementing the P2P policies & SOX compliance and insuring the process stability.

Responsible for managing the whole Accounts Payables process for 13 countries with a team of 50 skilled team members. This includes managing all the work flow and people to meet all the client requirements within a given time frame and budget, together with the support of 4 Team Leaders. I am also responsible for insuring the P2P process within this shared service center, as well as SOX & audit compliance.

Team leader responsibilities for AP France and Headquarters as well as the transition and responsibilities of the Scanning & Archiving team from Belgium to Czech Republic. My team leader responsibilities included managing the workload between my 9 team members in order o meet my process deadlines & quality expectations.

Implementation and development of production reporting and process key indicators for business manamement. I also worked with quality tools & measurements, namely Transaction Monitoring, Time and Motion, Customer Complaints Tracker, and other audit and statistics related tools.
