Working actively since 2013 in the field of thermoset polymers (Rubber) I have gained experience in the most diverse areas including production, quality control, laboratory analysis, R&D and formulation.In the field of rubber compound formulation, I have experience in (NR)natural rubber, SBR, NBR, BR, HNBR, EPDM, CR(Neoprene), Silicone and FKM(Viton) for the most diverse applications and technical requirements.In 2022, I realized a personal dream by venturing to Canada to pursue a two-year Supply Chain and Operations program. A transformative journey that not only expanded my horizons but also fortified my skill set. During this period, I had the privilege of contributing as a consultant to various rubber industries, spearheading initiatives aimed at continual improvement and serving as a catalyst for their growth.In parallel , my Canadian journey led me to Natra Chocolate America, where I embarked on a remarkable trajectory. Starting as a Miller Operator, my commitment and dedication quickly earned me a promotion to Lead Hand within just four months. Over the course of a year, I thrived in this role, actively participating on processes improvements and foster a culture of collaboration.Now, as a Material Planner, I embrace the opportunity to leverage my versatile background and strategic insights to optimize supply chain operations.
