As the leader of the backup team specialized in Commvault software, I perform multiple tasks:-Getting new professional services projects.-Keeping in touch with clients, following up on the different projects we carry out.-Helping my dependents with their needs in the company: doubts, problems in projects, training, etc.At all times my goal in this position is to achieve new projects while always maintaining a high level of service and dealing with clients in a good working environment.

As part of the Backup team and specialized in Commvault Software, I am assigned to carry out projects using this technology for both the public and private sectors, having direct contact with Commvault (Commercial and pre-sales) and with customers to whom the services are provided.My tasks to perform are:- Architecture Design.- Implementation of the proposed solutions.- Project following.- Resolution of problems during the implementation.- Documentation.At the same time, I am trained in the Veritas Netbackup Software, in courses and certifications, helping my colleagues with more experience in implementations.At all times my goal in this position is to achieve new projects while always maintaining a high level of service and dealing with clients in a good working environment.

As a Backup Engineer, I specialize in Commvault Software, performing level 3 support and resolution tasks for the company's clients.It also carried out projects, from its design to its implementation, always with Backup Commvault software, this included design, dealing with the end customer, implementation, documentation, commissioning, training, updates, etc.Another important point was the complete recovery of the Backup and subsequent production environment of the customer in the face of a ransomware-type attack disaster, for example.More internal tasks performed in my position were:- Update, administration and resolution of incidents of the company's VMware environment.- Generate and improve project documentation and manuals for both clients and company interns.- Personnel in charge, 1 -2 people.

As a member of the Backup and Storage team of the end customer Airbus Helicopter, you had the following tasks and responsibilities:- Administration, management and troubleshooting of storage with NetApp technology.- Administration, management and troubleshooting of storage with EMC technology.- Administration, management and troubleshooting of backup with Netbackup technology.- Administration, management and troubleshooting of backup with Legato Networker technology.- Perform documentation for level 1 technician to administrate and resolve problems with the technologies described in the previous points.
