My basic training, which began in classical studies and continued in science, led me to consider it essential to integrate the two cultural approaches in a framework of multidisciplinary skills where the two worlds, often separate, could meet. To the humanistic knowledge, therefore, more closely linked to the "soft skills" of communication and interpersonal relationships, I have combined those techniques relating to the ICT sector specializing in the areas of Software Measurement, Requirements Engineering, and Project Management in which I also carry out international research.My professional goals are linked to the development of the company for which I am responsible in terms of brand and business, maintaining a favorable and motivating working environment for all those who work there. At the same time, I wish to maintain contact with the contents of the technical sectors in which the company operates by personally carrying out research, consultancy, and training activities.
