•Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial management area in the electronic, retail, metallurgical and textile segment, in medium and large companies;•Plan, develop and follow the strategic plans, to know deeply the business, products and services, as well as, the market where it is inserted, with total alignment to the accounting and financial principles;•Prepare budgets, closings and issuance of financial statements;•Structure and negotiate with national and international institutions, specific financing such as: Hedging / Derivatives, IFC, GSM-USA, Vendor, Compror, Debentures, Receivables Securitization, Confirmig, Factoring, Export Prepayment / ACC, Finimp, BNDES and etc .;•Lead, analyze and monitor due diligence processes, in order to prepare companies for mergers and acquisitions;•Deploy ERP systems (SAP, Datasul, Microsiga TOTVS) and SOX-Sarbanes / USA, with the redefinition of processes, speeding up the processing of the accounting closure and positively impacting the calculation of results;•Implement and revise cash flow projections, as well as analysis and credit approvals for the client, collection, financial control, accounting and reporting to senior management;•Evaluate and contract Property, RC, Auto, D & O, National and International Transportation insurance;•Manage the exchange area for the control of import and export processes, such as non-withdrawn consignment, prepayment, collection, letter of credit, NCE export credit note, foreign exchange sale, tourism exchange and Pre-Payment of Export / ACC;•Participate in processes of outsourcing of areas and activities, as well as lead process of transfer of plants and offices;•Manage the processes of Audit, Tax, Tax, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Facilities and Utilities;•Lead multifunctional and multi-hierarchical teams, with implementation of policies, norms and procedures, restructuring of areas, development of competences and professional orientation.

Responsibilities:• Implemented Derivatives / Hedging operations in Brazil to reduce the effect of exchange rate variation;• I lead the implementation of ERP - SAP, to manage the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Purchasing, Human Resources, Logistics and Industrial;• Implemented the projection of cash with 12 months, allowing to reduce the liability with the Matrix, according to the availability of resources;• I made monthly factoring operations in the amount of US $ 150 million;• Implemented standards and procedures (SOX) in the areas of accounts payable, purchases, credit and collection, daily / monthly cash management, treasury and insurance;• Performed the Duo diligence of the financial area in the process of acquiring the Philips TV Division in 2013;• I did the negotiation and renewal of national and international transportation insurance policies, which were not under the responsibility of the parent, that is, making it possible to save and reduce the cost of the premium;• Participated in the closure of the Jundiaí factory, transferring the production area to Manaus / AM.Results:• I maintained defaults in Brazil at levels acceptable to the Parent, according to the credit and collection policy;• Protection of P & L by US $ 35 million due to the contracting of Hedge in the period between 2014 and 2015;• Reduction of the transportation insurance premium between 2010 and 2016, in the amount of R $ 1 million.• I structured the hedging operations - $ 300 million a month and factoring operations - $ 150 million a month;• I led the implementation of the Payroll with another bank, allowing exemption from tariffs for employees;• Implemented SAP with a multifunctional team, in two factories and in the administrative areas in 18 months.

Responsibilities:• Implemented ERP - EMS / Datasul / Microsiga / TOTVS, to manage the areas of billing, tax, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, purchasing, HR, Logistics and Industrial;• Implemented 12 month moving cash planning;• Structured operations of Compror, aiming to finance the acquisition of raw material for steel production / re-rolling, in the amount of R $ 150 million per month;• Implement standards and procedures in the areas of accounts payable, purchases, credit and collection, daily / monthly cash management, treasury and insurance;• I managed the insurance: Property, RC, Auto and National and International Transportation, making it possible to save and reduce the cost of the premium.Results:• Reduced defaults at 2% of the Accounts Receivable balance by making constant visits to customers in Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul;• I structured an operation with the IFC - International Finance Corporation, in the amount of US $ 10 million to finance the construction of the new plant in Jacareí;• I structured the PPE - Export Prepayment operation to finance the construction of the Jacareí unit, worth US $ 50 million;• Accomplished the regulation of the claim, with IRB and Itaú Seguros, with receipt / indemnification of the asset - R $ 6.5 million and Profit Cessantes, in the amount of R $ 34.5 million.
