About Roberto Meza Poblete
At the age of 13, I moved alone to Santiago from Antofagasta to pursue my dream of becoming a professional tennis player. Although I didn’t achieve that goal, the experience earned me a sports scholarship at the University of Toledo (Division I), United States, where I completed my academic training. This same drive led me to become the youngest executive at Banco BCI and the youngest Regional Minister of Chile, leading a multidisciplinary team of over 80 people. Later, I ventured into entrepreneurship in Panama, Colombia, and Mexico, working in automation and digital marketing with artificial intelligence for an online coaching service. We started by helping parents manage their emotions to improve their relationships with their children and later expanded our work to companies like SQM, improving emotional management for their workers. Below, I share some of my experiences, which I’m confident will allow me to make a great contribution to your company.
