Acting as Maintenance Engineer for cargo handling equipment (NR-11) of the entire Serra Sul Iron Ore Processing Plant. Experience in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering of the 2nd Layer of Assets at the Serra Sul Plant, serving the client areas of tertiary crushing, secondary screening, yard machines and train load operation.I supported areas with routine activities such as preparation of maintenance plans, studies and technical reports, simulations, estimates and specifications of equipment and materials, Failure Analysis (RAF), preparation of Loss Profile for project of KPIs of Reliability of assets through a share plan.I have expertise in Simultaneous Engineering tools (CAD, CAE and CAM) accompanied by R&D in 3D modeling, computational simulation, analysis analyzed by the finite element method (FEM), discrete elements (DEM), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) by finite volumes ( FVM), basic and detailed designs for manufacturing and specification of manufacturing and assembly processes. Expertise in integrity and structural computation of metallic structures according to ABNT NBR 8800.I also work as a professor/tutor in the Mechanical Engineering course, teaching basic and specific disciplines.My hobbies are: playing guitar, home studio, artmaker, sci-fi and thriller movies and series.
