Besides the regular IT department management duties, as the company CIO, I define the IT strategy and envision and lead the Digital Transformation roadmap embedded in the Company Transformation program to achieve a more Sustainable and Circular construction paradigm. The digitalization roadmap includes an entirely new digital model to run the company's core business, based on a BIM maturity level 2/3 (3D, 4D, 5D, collaboration and integration) and the creation of a SW platform to facilitate the construction activity impact mitigation and to foster the circularity in the construction solutions on the design and production phases.The transformation also includes an IT4IT strategy, including cybersecurity, to enhance our IT capabilities to run the program and to build the appropriate capabilities in the team and the governance to keep the objectives aligned and costs under control.
