I graduated in History from the University of Guadalajara, but I have found my passion in Japanese history and culture. This led me to learn the language and get certified in JLPT obtaining a level of N4. I am interested in both research and teaching.During my university education, I was fortunate to participate in several cultural events related to Japan and organized by my university, in addition to my internship as a Japanese language teacher and Japanese culture and history disseminator at the Center for Japanese Studies at the University of Guadalajara for a year and 8 months.While doing my internship, I was given the opportunity to do a two-week academic stay in Japan at Hosei University, which helped me to significantly improve my language proficiency and knowledge of Japanese culture and history.
