    I led the migration project of the region (Southern Europe) to the new ERP system, a customized application based on ORACLE. My main objective was the roll out of the sales portal (completely developed around our specs) but I also coordinated the implementation and the trainings related to other modules, like Demantra (planning and purchasing), EBS and Finance. My main responsibilities were: • Selection and coordination of the business team• Definition of the project roadmap (including verification of intermediate milestones) • Implementation P&LI lead both the organizational changes (project changes, roles and responsibilities, roadmap, system training for users and leading change for managers) and system related ones (data conversion and migration, data validations, implementation requests and testing) The project required the involvement of a business team of 100 resources in Southern Europe, joined by an implementation and support team of 200 people, coming from our IT team as well as from the consulting Company used as IT implementation partner (Infosys)
