I am Roberto Ponselè and I am 26 years old.
In 2013, after graduating from high school, I attended a course in economics and business management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and graduating in 2016. My family owns Acema Spa, a company that has been operating since 1945 in the distribution of oil products and that for 20 years has decided to invest also in the catering sector, opening in franchising the first fast food in the city Burger King in Pesaro and a few years later the restaurant America Graffiti Montecchio.In 2016 I started working at the restaurant America Graffiti Montecchio (PU), dedicating myself to both operational and administrative aspects, cost analysis, online and offline communication.During these years I was able to deepen my knowledge in the world of social media marketing, reporting what I was studying in practice and learning how to measure the results obtained. In the last year Acema has decided to strengthen the catering sector by opening two more restaurants: Burger King Riccione and America Graffiti Pesaro.Thanks to this I took part in the planning of the facilities, research and training of the new staff room and kitchen staff, which today has a total of about 80 employees.In December 2019 I moved to Milan after receiving the offer from the company Love it-Real Italian Food where I am currently Area manager with an open-ended contract. At the moment I am an active part of the brand expansion process which aims, in addition to the shops already present in Milan Desenzano and Warsaw, others restaurant.I believe in the importance to make a brand's identity viral, conveying to customers the quality of its products, the way it operates and not least the importance of sharing the company's values with employees in creating a strong culture.
