In 2013 I was in Bruxelles and I received a mail from the journalist Claudio Gatti (among the best Italian journalist) who wanted to share with me an idea. Two months later I took a plane and I went to Italy to sign for the creation of the Onlus Agenda Praiano. AgendaPraiano is an association started in the summer 2013 by a group of Praianesi who banded together to launch something unusual for Italy: a community organization that would promote social responsibility, cultural development and ecologically sustainable and “smart” economic growth.After 3 years of researches and planning we won a grant of 250k € from the Region Campania and we started to transform Praiano in an open air museum. We already installed 150 artworks in ceramic made by 8 different artists. Moreover we restored some frescos of the 15th century in the Convent of San Domenico. AgendaPraiano’s first initiative was the development of a "Strategic Plan” for the town. We needed to create a precise identity that would have differentiated Praiano from the other town of the Amalfi coast already well know all over the world such as Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The plan involved making Praiano known in the circuit of international cultural destinations as a large open air museum. I worked most of all the brand identity of the project, the communication strategy, the creation of media contents and the creation of the App that helped us to be known everywhere and been published by the main Italian newspapers such as Repubblica, Corriere della Sera, il Sole 24 Ore, il Fattoquotidiano and the well known New York Times and the Mashable blog. Moreover I have been interviewed by the main Italian Newscasts such as: TG1, TG2, La7, Rainews24

I am associated with my brother in this family business where we manage three beautiful villas: one in Positano and two in Praiano. Every year we host more than 300 guests and we have really positive reviews and standards. Mainly I help with the managing, the reservations and the accounting.

The hub is a space of 500 m2 designed by the architect Ángel Borrego as part of the “O ce for Strategic Spaces” project.

"Of all the film festivals Giffoni is the most necessary" François TruffautThe Giffoni International Film Festival is one of the most well-known children’s film festivals in the world. It takes place in a small Italian town of Giffoni Valle Piana in Campania, Southern Italy, close to Salerno and Naples. Every year the festival attracts 100,000 guests, directors, producers, and movie stars annually.My experience with the Giffoni Innovation Hub lasted 1 year. At the beginning I was just a member of the Dream Team, the International community of young talents selected by the GIH members. Then, thanks to my specific skills in project design and project management I worked as advisor. During the 2017 edition of the Giffoni Film Festival I worked as mentor and tutor assisting the new Dream Team Members during their daily activities. I helped them in all the phases of the idea generation, teaching them the lean method and how to correctly use many useful instruments such as the Business Model Canvas, Digital Marketing Canvas and Product Canvas. Finally we worked together at the PPT presentation and the pitch. I was also selected to speak at an important Round Table focused on New Model of Territorial Development with important guests from all over the world

The EuStartup Services is the profit organization within the European Young Innovators Forum, they already worked with more than 1500 startups securing a lot of Phases 1 within the Sme Instrument Framework. I started my experience at the EYIF that I didn't know how to write a proposal and I finished my working experience of four months writing my first project alone that nearly won a Phase 1 grant. It was not just writing proposal using a winning method but I deepened my knowledges in a wide range of topics. I discover the whole world of European SMEs and Startups that I helped in consulting on EU funding opportunities, proposals’ writing, EU policies and training activities, with particular regard to the SME Instrument within the Horizon2020 Program.Moreover I helped my chief in the identification and analysis of the most relevant news, grants, role models for seed, start up and scaling up SMEs for the EYIF EU Helpdesk and its branch, EU Startup Services.
