As Director of New Ways of Working, I was responsible for the definition and launch of web and mobile applications, pushing for key values in today's companies, as collaboration, team work, paperless working, mobility and globalization. I was involved in the full cycle of technological experience for new BBVA Headquarters through the delivery of Google.

As Director of Transformation, my responsibility was focused on leading several transformation projects to improve productivity for Holding HR, Purchasing and Security Areas.I was also responsible for launching the outsourcing global management function, which main objective was to establish a global outsourcing methodology whithin BBVA.Since April 2010.

As Director of Operations Infrastructure (Risk Management and Core Banking Infrastrucure) of BBVA Group in Europe, managing a team of around 200 people, my area of responsibility encompassed supply management, financial planning and management and coordination of projects carried out by these departments for different business areas.

I ran the Internet Banking, E-Commerce and web development projects for different units of the Group, as well as operational support of the infrastructure necessary to maintain continuity of legacy systems.

I participated in defining the Group strategy regarding B2B E-Commerce, heading various projects of this area.

As Head of Phone Banking, first in Argentaria and then in BBVA, I ran the Phone Banking Projects, the merging of the Call Centres of the two banks, and the implementation of Telemarketing systems.
