Responsible for the financial management and financial operations within the GE Capital Industrial Finance Leasing (GECIF) businesses in Latin America. Supports the platform in the areas of: Pricing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Prudential analysis, Controllership & Treasury activities. Partners with the GECIF Latin America leadership team to execute on overall business strategy while overseeing day-to-day finance operations and business needs. GECIF comprises Healthcare Equipment Finance as well as other emerging product segments.Technical Scope:- Execution on the finance strategy and maintenance of daily finance processes for equipment financing activities. - Assist the business teams with execution of business strategy, including support of deal origination through pricing and funding, while maintaining appropriate control over pricing targets and returns. - Actively drive operational controllership in the region, partnering with IF controllership and ensuring routines and procedures are in place for timely and accurate balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, closing & reporting, including local statutory requirements. - Development and maintenance of key financial performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities, and ensure operational coordination. - Implementation and execution on operating plans, financial close processes, and other key finance deliverables. - Development of strong linkage with Treasury and Global Operations Finance to ensure proper financial management of both short and long term funding (legal debt) sources. - Key contributor to the prudential analysis (capital, liquidity, exposure issues); - Implementation of financial performance improvement initiatives, including cost management and productivity analysis.

- Drive wing-to-wing sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating price or other terms, and coordinating on-boarding and ongoing relationships with customers- Manage ongoing 3rd party banking relationships once programs are established;- Monitor sales databases to identify and prioritize corporate prospects and their decision makers;- Lead meetings and actively assist in analyzing prospects needs and structuring solutions, review and present financial models to assess operating performance, valuation and appropriate capital structure of selected prospects;- Responsible for coordinating interactive idea generation dialogue with key GE groups including key leaders within the GE Industrial Businesses, Capital Markets, Industry Research teams and marketing;- Prepare and present analytical materials to their prospects to articulate strategic or financial rationale supporting investment proposals; partnering with cross functional teams to facilitate the execution of deals.

Formulate foreign exchange hedging strategy covering all LA entities and oversee SFAS 133 reporting;Balance Sheet FP&A Leader & Regional Cash Management: Monitor liquidity, funding and all CFOA drivers;Lead credit committees and manages credit risk exposures across the region;Plan & execute GE & Client funding structures: BNDES, PPP’s, Monetization, Syndications, Dividends, Equity InfusionsStructured P&E investments to support NPI (leasing deals) - $1,0 B IMSS deal in Mexico
