- Provide the stowage plan for ALCT’s (Cabotage) service which call main ports in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, round-trip basis, considering vessel safety condition and all port restrictions (cranes / draught...), optimizing vessel stowage to ensure vessels are able to lift maximum cargo volume, with minimum operational expenses- Provide the stowage plan for ABAC/CONOSUR – South America East Coast – South America West Coast (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Equador) round-trip basis, considering vessel safety condition and all port restrictions (cranes / draught...), optimizing vessel stowage to ensure vessels are able to lift maximum cargo volume, with minimum operational expenses.- Responsible for check and approve the feasibility for shipping OOG (out-of-gauge) and break-bulk cargoes, IMDG, CODs (change of destination), special stowage instructions.- Ability to manage and prioritize various tasks.- Knowledge of various vessel designs.- Monitoring vessel and port performance, and adjust schedules accordingly, communicating schedules changes in a timely manner with all relevant stakeholders, proposing contingency plans as necessary- Control measures for bunker consumption reducing.- Allocation control.- To ensure that vessels in the fleet are operated effectively and are given proper instructions and are performing as required.- Daily contact and continuous alignment with Commercial, Multimodal, Logistic and other departments.- Follows up on the stowage plan sent to terminals to ensure billing for work done is correct.- Experience with various Planning systems as Capstan, Belco, Seacos-MACS3, cCasp+

- Develop and maintain professional customer and operations relations with all stakeholders.- Organizing Terminal line-up considering the berthing window agreement, vessel particulars, cranes, stevedores gang- Ensure safety and prevention measures are closely followed and best practices are established.- Develop, evaluate and coach staff, develop organizational structure to ensure high level of performance and productivity- To ensure and develop a culture of safety, teamwork, respect, with all departments and a strong sense of communication and a positive environment.- Experience with various operating systems (Navis, Cosmos..) and user of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.- Preparation and execution of crane split and discharge and load sequence to support, achieve & sustain productivity targets per quay crane operation;- Ensure efficient and highly productive planning with due consideration to the vessel stability and safety under load and discharge operations;- Maintain ownership of the vessels under operations and assist dispatchers if planning disturbances occur during vessel call- Controls the execution of the vessel operation plan.- Ensure efficient communication with the Lines for all needed information from both side, including data transfers- Responsible for providing internal staff, vessel`s command, shipping lines and agents with information about vessel operations progress- Responsible to be the link between terminal operations Office with Vessel`s command, Agent and Line/Vessel Operators- Meet vessel on arrival and departure, to provide all required documents to Vessel`s command and gets loading plan approval- Keeps TOS updated with all operations timeframe;- Preparation of vessel/berth planning and cargo control/edi standard procedures- Close communication with other sections i.e: gate, yard, ops, automation, equipment, IT, reefer terminal
