Dynamic leader managing logistics operations in Brazil and Latin America (road, air and ocean). During my career I led many cost reduction initiatives on inbound, outbound and warehousing operations as well as performance improvements focusing on E2E TAT reduction; hired and developed high performance multicultural teams creating a collaborative mindset to support local and international operations. I successfully implemented, developed and improved domestic and international inbound/outbound routes, LTL, FTL, last mile, e-commerce operations, new warehouse set ups, redesigned logistics processes and managed a diverse sort of projects.
