1. Coordinate APQP activities with the internal and corporate cross functional team according to the program milestone as an active support in the company.2. Assists with the interface with Program Managers following the APQP format authoring FMEA’s, Control Plans, developing process potentials and capabilities.3. Introduces new processes, programs, products, and tooling systems to the manufacturing operation to improve overall productivity and maintain business opportunities.4. Coordinate the tryouts, internal PPAP runs, customer PPAP runs to meet the requirements of each phase / gate.5. Manage the Ford Covisint Portal such as eAPQP, Schedule A, VPP System, Capacity Studies.6. Manage, coordinate the resources for the Engineering Changes for new launches and mass production, change notice, SCR, PCR since the notification until the implementation.7. Coordinate cross functional team for new launches and engineering changes according to the company procedures and customer requirements.8. Coordinate the manufacture and shipment of the prototype parts for the customer builds, PVTs, etc.

1. Develop the Project Charter, communication plan, project status, EDT, risk register, critical path and baseline of the project, budget analysis, project quality plan, resource and stakeholder management and effective negotiation with the customers.2. Coordinate APQP and PPAP activities, manage internal project approval and cost details, records of technical and commercial changes such as engineering changes and capacity increases.3. Participate in strategic customer discussions for problem solving, such as negotiating aspects of the implementation of ECRs, Concerns, Prints, Alerts, etc.4. Responsible for coordinating all product development activity between OEM customers and the Cross Functional Team within the company, identify opportunities and risks to save time and money.5. Lead the cross functional team since the program kick off until mass production.6. Review program milestones, funding limitations, staff requirements, program procedures and the allocation of available resources for all phases of the program.7. Develop program reports and inform to the Staff, directly support the project teams and follow up on deliverables related to the program.8. Monitor the builds such as M1, VP, TT, PP, MP1, J1 to fulfill the intention of the design and product.9. Update Schedule A, VPP according to the progress of the project, organize meetings with PD & Site STA.

1. Successfully launch new programs and engineering changes using the CLAUS system tool under the APQP methodology.2. Develop a strong relationship and manage ongoing negotiations with the client. Customers in charge: Ford.3. Plan APQP, coordinate the PPAP delivery plan, supervise quotation information, manage weekly meetings with the multidisciplinary team (plant and corporate), generate AR's for the prototype phase and mass production for the purchase of the tooling, coordinate the purchase of components, support the quality and process engineer, integrate the program capital into CAPEX.4. Analyze and review product feasibility, coordinate the manufacture of the prototypes, tests and key builds of the customer, manage the program budget, develop the program's "milestone" schedule, comply with plant KPI's, share the content of the program to the multidisciplinary team, define the standard packaging, answer the customer system (Covisint, Schedule A, Capacity Studies, GPIRS), support production during the development of the program until the post launch (3 months after the MP1).5. Schedule and coordinate the runs required for prototype builds (M1 & VP), product validation and design parts (PV & DV), tooling release, PPAP phases such as Phase 0, 2 & 3, TT, PP, MP1.6. Ensure the release of the tooling takes place in a timely manner.

1. Design, plan and execute the necessary actions to obtain a robust manufacturing process through plant engineering techniques and continuous improvement, complying with the quality management standard IATF 16949 and the environmental ISO 14001.2. Lead the development of the tools and equipment for the program, establish the PPH's, coordinate a workshop "3P", cost reduction in the product (proposals), Customers in charge: Ford, FCA, GM, Mazda, Nissan.3. Prepare program quotes, flow charts, process AMEF, layout, standard operation sheets, capacity analysis "CAR", answer capacity studies in GCP.4. Lead the release of tooling in supplier facilities (sign off).5. Carry out the commissioning in the plant, train the process technicians and deliver a process that meets the quality standards.6. Define together with the Center of Competence team the advancement of global processes that drive new releases and the optimization of capital investments to create a World Class Operation.
