I am a Fire Alarm Systems Expert with over 27 years in the industry. • NICET Level IV – Fire Alarm Systems• NICET Level II – Inspection and Testing Fire Alarm Systems Skills & Abilities I am a Fire Alarm & Safety Systems Specialist. I supervise and perform the creation, integration and/or retrofitting of the following: • Fire alarm systems• Mass notification systems•  Special Hazard suppression systems• Elevator recall integrations. I am responsible for the entire process, from design, layout, coordination, troubleshooting, testing, inspecting and commissioning. I also engineer, plan and perform the integration of various types of new or existing fire alarm systems (up to 25 years or older) to meet present code requirements and function with new/renovated elevator equipment. This includes support for old school hard wire conventional fire alarm panels. Structures include residential and commercial high-rise buildings, mercantile, military, public/private schools, and modular/portable structures. Components used in fire alarm design and installation include fire alarm panels (both conventional and addressable voice Evac panels), Mass notification systems with LED texting capabilities, amplifiers, power supplies, monitor modules, relays, remote annunciators, environment detectors (smoke, heat,  carbon monoxide, duct, and beam),  remote test stations, pull stations, and notification devices (voice, chime, and horn/strobe). Installation skills include trenching, racking, piping, wire-pulling, installing and wiring all fire alarm devices throughout the entire phase of the projects.
