I gained a multi-year experience in the construction sector, first as a designer and work supervisor in Sorrentino Associati professional studio, and then as Direttore Tecnico Commerciale (Technical Commercial Manager) and Responsabile della Sicurezza sul Lavoro (Work Safety Supervisor) in SMEA.N Ltd S.r.l. (sale and rent of construction equipment for elevation works).Thanks to this latter experience, I learned the techniques for monitoring, managing and developing workplace safety. I also gained experience in all the problems of construction sites, and I developed dialectic skills useful to manage fruitful relations with workforce, surveillance authorities, customers, and suppliers. Under my supervision, a workforce of 20 qualified workers made the most of its potentialities, thus fulfilling, year after year, with increasing consciousness, the expected goals, always operating in the limits of safety and following company directives. My focus is on a kind of team work that stimulates and empowers individuals in order to build a productive and reliable team.I fruitfully manage the technical needs of the customers (ranging from one-man companies to public contracting authorities), managing communication at all company levels, and adapting to the several different involved languages, in order to meet most effectively all the requirements.
