Since 1st September 2017 I've been appointed by Frigel Spa to create and manage the sales unit dedicated to PET & Beverage.The position requires the definition of the medium/long term Business Plan and its implementation too, with responsibility on costs and profits associated to this structure.In oder to reach targets, the role is asked to coordinate the sales network both through the company's foreign branches (in particular USA, Brasil and Thailand) and thorugh the team of agents and distributors.It is however parts of the task also to expand the sales team and sales technical support team, according to the growth targets of the Business Unit.
