Slipformed Cores, in-situ RC Structure with Protection Screens (adjacent to railway) + additional 9 floors building, traditional RC with Precast Stairs.• Joined the team from day 1 in the construction programme. Perform initial on-site surveys and setting out set up. Initial groundworks and pile mat construction. Thames Water sewer diversion. • Produced the IRS (Information Required Schedule), ITP’s. Revised and queried Structural Specifications. Produced all Technical Submissions, RFI’s and managed NCR’s, as-builts and Handovers through the project. Managed the concrete package on site, a concrete core built with a crane assisted Meva MGC Guided Jumpform, a second single lift core, in situ stair sets and precast stairs. • Linked the Main Contractor and Design Team with the concrete works. Produced and managed RFI’s, NCR’s and Technical Submissions; produced ITP, PQP, Method Statements and Risk Assessments; coordinated logistics and carried out joint visits and inspections on site.• Produced follow up and progress reports of all works for both the Main Contractor and internal contract reviews.• Carried out site inductions for the new operatives, explained RAMS, tool box talks and managed H&S compliance as well as the actual safety performance on site. • Produced timesheets and called off all equipment, materials, components and tools necessary for all the works on site, both to the company’s own yard and liaising with buying department for external orders. • Called off steel reinforcement for the RC elements. The project consisted on 4 slipform cores and traditional and Metal decking slabs and 3 basement levels of in-situ RC slabs and columns. • Assisted to Progress Meetings; liaised with Principal Contractor; issued EWN’s. • Participated in internal contract review meetings and creating the necessary documentation. • Progress reports and six-week forecasts elaboration. • Created and adjusted programmes for incoming variations, priced and invoiced finished variation works. • Analysed performance and compared labour and costs for different construction methodologies used in the project.

Works briefed and surveyed in English. I was responsible for a gang of Spanish miners. Worked hand in hand with my crew, helping them to overcome the language barrier, obtaining good quality work and keeping safety in the highest standard while reaching high production levels.• Carried out SCL works during the construction of the two platform tunnels and several cross passages at Bond Street Station.• Excavation and Primary Lining, regulating layer, Masterseal Waterproofing, Secondary Lining and Fireproof concrete layer completed keeping safety ahead in every circumstance.• Setting out for milling and spraying works with Total Station (EDM).• Other general works completed during the SCL process: Steel fixing, Formwork, Masterseal waterproofing repairs, core drilling, construction joints, concrete pouring, excavations, sumps, and general maintenance.

To ensure that my English skills are of a sufficient standard to succeed vocationally, I have worked full time in a restaurant. • All work associated with restaurant operation, conducted with confidence and competence, in a fast-paced environment. • The job started just as barista, making drinks, not being able to speak or understand any English yet. As I evolved in my language skills, my responsibilities were increasing, I become table waiter, and finished handling complains and acquiring managing roles in a regular basis.
