Learning And Development Project Manager
Current• Manages/coordinates learning and development focused projects for a global workforce development company• Maintains routine communications with senior management and the client concerning all aspects of the project• Conduct scoping meetings to actively supports and communicates detailed project plans and schedules• Resolves resourcing constraints or conflicts by providing clients with high level of customer service• Collaborates with testers and developers to provide clients with quality technical training/development programs • Ensure policies, programs and guidelines are followed by team and manage escalations/exceptions, as needed• Maintains project data in resourcing and data management systems as required by maximizing communications vehicles and project management tools to ensure real-time and close connection to business leaders, organizational priorities and changes• Aligns internal development schedules/processes to deliver on client’s vision and target completion dates• Collaborates with key stakeholders to properly execute the develop and improvement of cross-functional training focus areas• Act as a learning and talent development advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development technology to achieve business goals
