Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE - Ministry of Foreign Affairs). In this project I played a role of senior business consultant for the assessment of a specific issues with the Mexican passport issuance system.

I was responsible for the day-to-day operations, delivery, and project planning of the software development factory for a government client, CONSAR (Comisión Nacional del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro). My duties included overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on financial and strategic planning (cost and revenue management).

I was responsible of the re-engineering of business process for the IT department in the Ministry of Economics, for a complex project that covers more than 7 Mexico's Ministries (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior) www.ventanillaunica.gob.mx, it includes all the Mexican’s Customs and it is part of an entire. This is the most important project in many years for the modernization of the external trades in Mexico.I had in charge, around 25 people in my team, conformed to programmers, testers, analyst and other leaders. This project is developed with Java, Oracle, Weblogic, and others.

Project focused on a sales portal focus on books, training, including e-learning courses, LMS, BPM. I was responsible for, among other things, managing several projects, including a portal aimed at international competitiveness, as well as integrating several useful tools for it. Additionally, I create strategies of functionality growing to the LMS platform, as well as the management of CRM, CMS, and BPM tools.
