As a trusted advisor and advocate, I have extensive experience assisting clients in real estate development, private placements, debt financing, joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, lease negotiations, and corporate governance matters.I also have a diverse general business practice helping clients form, manage, and operate businesses. I started my legal career in the antitrust group of Skadden in Washington, D.C. Before practicing law I was an accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
