From the very beginning, I guided PRO-DO-MIX® in two directions: scientific rationality and personal intuition. The former led me to research, try, refine, and then adopt a rigorous method. The latter made me make choices that were bold, impulsive, at times reckless and other times just random. Together, rationality and intuition have helped PRO-DO-MIX® gradually expand into much of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. From day one I have believed in two things: the human factor and technological and digital innovation. I can say that life has proved me right.With PRO-DO-MIX®, I help my clients with liquid agitation and mixing processes through customised mechanical solutions. But the thing I love most is caring for my clients step by step. I leave nothing to chance and I don’t waste their time because I myself hate to waste it. That’s why when clients come back and choose us again, I get closer and closer to the idea of happiness.These days I spend my time at PRO-DO-MIX® in meetings and client visits, talks with designers, and brainstorming sessions. But every day, before I come in and when I leave the office I walk over to the workshop to talk to my people and physically get a feel for our products.
