As a rising senior in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a major in Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a concentration in energy technology and management. I am minoring in International Development and am participating in the Sustainable Business Fellows Program through the Mcdonough School of Business.Through my involvement in various projects and organizations, I have gained valuable experience and skills in the energy sector, both in research and in practice. I am incredibly interested in traditional and new energy forms and what roles both will play in the energy transition. Recently, I have been focusing on the role new technologies will play in grid security and the potential for supply chain constraints due to the massive growth in demand for rare earth metals. I aim to contribute to the energy transition and the sustainable development of emerging economies by leveraging my knowledge of renewable energy, new technology, and impact investing. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with professionals and peers who share my passion and vision.
