Began with a small start up employing 6 people and contributed to growing the organization until it employed 200. Managed crews of up to 50 people for live production events taking place around California at such venues at the Rose Bowl, Orpheum Theater, Wilshire Theater, various convention centers, and arenas. Acted as a camera operator during live productions and conventions. Coordinated and rigged lighting regularly at the Orpheum, a 1600 seat venue. Trained others in best practices and oversaw day-to-day onsite safety. Working at a fast pace in huge theaters and arenas requires constant vigilance to protect employees, vendors, and ultimately the patrons.
