As a multi-million dollar private corporation, IDG serves thousands of companies and institutions, across all segments, in the United States and internationally.• Led day to operations representing an annual P&L of $29M, conducted business reviews and acquisition integration planning, and implemented an operational structure that advanced shareholder value. • Report directly to the CEO, while leading 10 direct reports and a full organization of 450 employees located across the United States. • Built a cross functional team from across the organization to successfully increase order fill rates from 87% to 97%, reduce inventory by 10%, and increase productivity by 20%. • Managed of full range of vendor and supplier relations encompassing the negotiation of pricing and scope, and making final contract approvals.
