Krafts Project Atlas involved the design and implementation of the European Business Service Centre in Bratislava and Madrid and covering 22 EMEA countries. As Migration Manager my responsibilities included contributing to the development of an European finance model, leading implementation teams in a number of countries and ensuring the successful transfer of finance processes to the SSC. My delivering the final country (Hungary) to the centre ahead of schedule meant the migration phase of the project closed one month early.Responsibilities:• key contributor in establishing a European Business Service Centre for financial processing and transactions for 22 EMEA countries, contributing to the design and development of a new Europe wide financial process model and leading transition teams of upto 25 people in Denmark, France, Lithuania and Hungary;• chaired Local Advisory Board meetings with local senior management, project directors and other key stakeholders;• responsible for change management and communication strategies in cooperation with local and project HR;• coordinated in country roll out of global travel and expense system and Central Europe invoice approval workflow solution. Achievements:• Go Live of Hungary delivered one month earlier than scheduled allowing the centre to be fully operational and the project phase to close one month early saving an estimated $200,000 in project costs.

Actuals reporting and budgeting/forecasting including reporting packages preparation.Responsibilities:• responsible for the preparation, consolidation and reporting of monthly accounts to US GAAP including group consolidation of P&L’s and balance sheets;• responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts; reporting packages, variance analysis and commentaries;• financial and reporting systems administrator; • conducted distributor audits ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Achievements:• contributed to several financial and reporting systems implementations and upgrades;• simplified the translation of Egypt statutory accounts to US GAAP;
