Managed key elements of the Board of Director's initiative to sell the company. Post sale, coordinated finance and operations teams through post acquisition transition implementing new policies, procedures and reporting requirements.

In addition to being reponsible for all accounting, finance, purchasing/distribution, HR, insurance, benefits SEC reporting, SOX compliance, banking and credit relationships, etc. also actively involved in all areas of development and implementation of policies, operational and financial goals, processes and strategic direction.
