Firestorm Australia was a small business operated in Victoria for the sale of personal computers, upgrades, software and services. Specialising in the education sector, the business served to a combination of schools and individual customers in Melbourne. The business charter focused on excellent customer service.During this venture I was responsible for all operations of the business, including sales, ordering, invoicing and delivery of technical services.Although this venture did not achieve wide name recognition, it did result in long lasting customer and supplier relations. I am still occasionally approached by customers 20 years after first sale, which is testament to our excellent service and reputation established during this time.
