I am currently the Chief Commercial Officer for JCDecaux. We are the largest and fastest growing out-of-home, media company in the world. In my current role, I manage the growth of the US airport advertising and sponsorship network. My team includes sales and marketing professionals located in offices throughout the US. Prior to JCDecaux, my background is broad and varied. It includes sales and marketing management positions at Fortune 500 companies (Gannett, Avis) and over 10 years experience managing national accounts for major advertising agencies. This business has tripled in size and I am responsible for the national and regional sales plans that optimize revenue and operating margins. I manage sales & marketing teams in eight offices across the U.S. In an extremely competitive market, sales have consistently outperformed the competition on a “revenue per passenger” basis – a leading indicator in aviation marketing. In 2013, we launched the Airport Sponsorship Sales Group, an industry first. This business represents a new sponsorship model for brands that want to engage with affluent travelers by providing amenities and services at major airports. Sponsorship sales will surpass first year goals and we anticipate long-term success for this innovative program. I have played a key role in the development of our digital signage networks, another industry first. Digital advertising sales growth leads the industry. My responsibilities also include product development, pricing, and sales forecasting. As the company’s senior sales executive, I have also worked to elevate the company’s profile and USP within the US advertising community. I conceived the JCDecaux Upfront as one of the driving elements of this plan. This annual event gives advertising managers and their agencies a view of the best media practices around the world. It is now a premier showcase in the adverting industry. I have taken a lead role in winning airport advertising contracts for the company. I am a member of the senior management team that developed and presented winning bids for the two largest airport contracts in the US - New York (JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Intl.) and Los Angeles (LAX). Other successful bids include Dallas, Boston, Washington DC, Houston, and Miami airports. I am a member of the company’s North American Executive Committee.

I developed, hired, and trained the corporate sales team. We exceeded year one goals by over 50% and produced $15 million in Flooz currency sales from 150+ corporate accounts. I led the new business development team that secured commitments from leading companies including IBM, General Motors, AT&T, Chase, and Sprint. For Cisco Systems, I supervised the sales and web design teams that developed the first Internet-based incentive program for this global, technology leader. We secured over $7 million in new business from this contract. -
