My time working as a Co-op with Con Edison has allowed me to garner a firsthand perspective on company procedures and processes. I worked alongside my supervisor and used a questioning attitude in regards to improving quality control. I strived to ensure that my work was performed in compliance with operating procedures and to the satisfaction of my supervisors. Similarly while working for Regentdale Corporation, I was committed to solving problems surrounding the improvement of property values within the portfolio to facilitate the acquisition of new tenants. With budget in mind, I assisted industry professionals in determining the efficacy of renovation projects, which ultimately led to improvements in profit margins, tenant demand, and monthly revenues.I aspire to enthusiastically apply what I have and will continue to learn in order to make the most of my career.
