- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of purchasing, including maintaining effective communication with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders (POs), and ensure timely delivery of goods. - In charge of sourcing new suppliers and products to meet company needs- Responsible of arranging shipping logistics, and preparing necessary shipping documentation. - Handle drop shipping operations, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery to our customers.

- Support in electrical design for photovoltaic plants (layouts, details, connection diagrams and others) and calculation of them assisted by internal macro formats created by the company. - Support in the creation of templates for project documentation (technical project, conditions, budget plan, EHS planning, etc) and others. -Check of technical documentation and drawings.

- Support in the area of energy efficiency, providing assistance in the management of energy certificates for buildings and homes, from the analysis of data taken in-situ and their preparation to their registration and documentation required in the different autonomous communities.- Support to the technical sanitation department, in the preparation of documents (instances, energy labels), reports (current status of facilities, maintenance plan, audits) and CAD drawings (surface, georeferenced, lighting and electrical installations, among others) for commercial, office and residential buildings.

In charge of procurement of construction materials for the building of photovoltaic energy parks/installations in South America (with focus in Chile). Managed the procurement and delivery process of materials such as comm. cables, conduits, screws, bolts, nuts, signals, pullboxes, aux. material and others, for more than 10+ solar projects.

- Responsible of procuring all components necessary to support production or prototype builds.-Participation in decision making of MPS loading through proper materials sizing and of monitoring/verification of materials pipeline. - Ensurance of materials availability via optimization of order management process, proper MRP planning/execution and external market availability research.- Maintenance of master data's integrity in SAP (material master, records and source list) and other databases; also the accuracy of purchasing planning parameters (MOQ, LT, price, quality parameters, storage, etc).- Supported areas such as Planning, Quality, ECN and Inventory to solve different activities, such as new parts set up and sourcing/procurement, datasheet research, returns/repairs, receipt issues and others.

-Responsible for assisting the procurement team in sending out RFQ’s ,organizing quotes for Procurement Review, and responding to sales department requests for assistance in purchasing.- Responsible for entering and processing purchase orders for material for resale and expense repair purchase orders, and assisting the buyers when they are overloaded (Virtual inventory, pricing, notes, etc).- Complete various procurement projects.- Collect information to support recommended actions when requested.
