Led the full brake system integration from inception to launch for a ≈$80 million / year revenue program with Ford Motor Company. Included antilock braking system, tier 2 suppliers and Bosch components. Included application, validation and system design engineering and launch. • Painstakingly scrutinized customer requirements and changes which resulted in the 2005 JD Powers Initial Quality Survey ( IQS ) runner-up award.• Launched ≈300,000vehicles / year program per the customer’s timeline and within budget.• Teamed with sales to collect ≈$30.00 / vehicle and ≈$100k in development costs due customer driven design changes during development.
