A creative outlet turned entrepreneurial venture for my cycling passion encompassing a web log, photography and sales pages. Initially developed and implemented from scratch as an exercise in web design, marketing and analysis. The site has grown into vehicle for cycling advocacy and outlet for the development of cycling related hard goods. The product line consists of bicycle frame sets, components and bicycle touring bags: frame, saddle and handlebar packs that are currently produced on a custom order basis. The products move through a process of design, prototype, refinement, pattern making and material management resulting in a finished package that can be handed off to a contractor for scaled production. Hands on experience managing the supply chain through prototyping, production and fulfillment with attention to the balance of quality and profitable delivery in a timely manner.

Assistant project manager assigned to the Ventura County region of barnhart inc. Collaborated on all barnhart projects managed through local offices. Provided support to all levels of staff for project proposals, bid development and delivery. Managed the contracting, cost controls, document control database and delivery schedules for multiple local educational and medical facilities: Ventura County Medical Center Phase I, Oxnard College Student Services Center, Rio Vista Middle School. Strong document and data management were the foundation for the coordination and implementation of the construction plan resulting in quality product for the owner and a profitable delivery for barnhart. All work was performed in the Public Works arena requiring strict adherence to, and document management for the rigorous California safety and prevailing wage labor standards.
